Associate Program Manager- Omni Growth

As an Associate Program Manager in the Omni Growth team at More Retail Private Ltd (MRPL) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives to drive the growth of our online channel. You will be at the forefront of key activities such as monthly category growth initiatives, category expansion through new SKU introduction, assortment selection and optimization, and driving assortment mix on online channels to achieve margin goals. Furthermore, you will take ownership of promotions and pricing strategy across all online partners while spearheading initiatives to reduce wastage and dump in perishables business. Your responsibilities will involve anchoring all cross-category initiatives related to growth, assortment, pricing, monetization, and profitability. By leveraging your expertise in SQL, python, and data analysis techniques, you will support decision-making processes and track critical business metrics. You will be tasked with presenting data, patterns, insights, and outliers in a comprehensible format to facilitate informed decision-making. Ideally, you should hold an MBA degree and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SQL, python, and data analysis techniques is mandatory for this role. Additionally, a working knowledge of data analysis, P&L management, and assortment management will be beneficial. As part of the assessment process, you will be required to undergo an SQL Test to demonstrate your skills and capabilities.
