You will manage purchase requests in Oracle, ensure timely delivery by sharing purchase orders with suppliers, and follow up on deliveries. Maintaining accurate records by updating PO details in common tracker sheets and individual lists for receipt across global locations will be your responsibility. Additionally, you will receive materials in Oracle and ensure closure of purchase orders efficiently. Monitoring and coordinating ordering details in CPOD, ensuring timely packaging and shipment of materials in collaboration with the order management team will also be part of your role.
