Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in subjects such as Accounts & Finance, Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Analytics & Big Data, Business Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Strategy, and Business Statistics. - Conduct scholarly research and publish in top-tier academic journals. - Mentor and advise students, guiding them on academic and career goals. - Participate in service activities, including committee work and academic leadership initiatives. - Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance the academic experience and drive innovation. Qualifications: - Hold a Ph.D. from a top university. - Possess demonstrated expertise in your area of specialization, with a strong record of scholarly research and publication. - Have teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, with a commitment to excellence in pedagogy. - Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive academic community. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring students and collaborating with colleagues.
