Position Overview

We are seeking passionate Associate Professors / Additional Professors in Clinical Psychology to join our esteemed faculty. This is a full-time position that involves academic leadership, student mentorship, course coordination, and active engagement in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Course Coordinator for MPhil (Clinical Psychology) and PDCP programs.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities (RCI and NTR UHS) to ensure smooth administration of academic programs.
  • Supervise the training, research, and clinical work of MPhil and PDCP students.
  • Conduct internal assessments, clinical evaluations, and examinations as part of student training.
  • Provide classroom and clinical instruction to psychology trainees.
  • Actively participate in patient care within the hospitals mental health services.
  • Contribute to research initiatives by publishing in indexed journals and guiding students in academic projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of psychological services at Indlas Hospitals.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • MPhil (Clinical Psychology) (RCI-recognized) and PhD in Clinical Psychology.
  • Post-qualification experience in teaching, research, and clinical supervision.
  • At least 2 publications in indexed journals.
  • Strong academic, research, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
