Associate / Product Manager (Technical)

As a liaison between Technology and other Business Functions at Zinnia, your role will involve facilitating the flow of ideas and information between departments to ensure sound business solutions are formed and implemented with quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the execution of all product lifecycle processes including research, market analysis, competitive analysis, planning, roadmap development, and product launch - Provide research and analysis to support Management in decision-making - Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective - Identify product gaps, generate new ideas, and work towards improving customer experience and driving growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met, evaluate product performance, and transition products from development to commercialization - Assist in determining product delivery dates for new releases and maintenance releases - Facilitate business needs and priority identification - Develop and execute proposed business and technical solutions - Investigate escalated production issues and engage teams for resolution - Track incidents through completion, provide updates to internal and external customers, and document resolution steps **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 4+ years of work experience in Product Management or Business Analysis - Good technical understanding of Product Development Lifecycle, API integrations, SQL, etc. - Knowledge of technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, Client/Server, and operating systems - Familiarity with Business Process Modelling using decision tables/trees and data flows - Strong customer service and relationship management skills - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills - Analytical, organized, and self-motivated - Experience in BFSI Industry is a plus At Zinnia, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued, and you can grow both personally and professionally.,
