  e From concept to launch to post-release optimization, ensure timely delivery, scalability, and adoption across stakeholders

  g Leverage analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, internal dashboards) to define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously improve product performance

• .Ensure compliance & security excellenc

  e Operate in a regulated FinTech environment, embedding data protection, audit, and compliance standards in every release

• .Influence go-to-market and adoptio

  n Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to create compelling narratives and drive adoption across enterprise clients

• s.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap executio
• n.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, etc.
• ).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skill
• s.Experience working with banking, lending, or collections technology is a strong plu
• s.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred
