Associate Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Azure services and Snowflake.
• Implement transformation logic using dbt with base, intermediate, and business logic models.
• Apply Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for data layering.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to define KPIs, validation rules, and transformation logic.
• Ensure CI/CD deployment via Azure DevOps follow Git-based workflows.
• Drive performance optimization, observability, and structured error handling.
• Enable lineage, audit trails, and metadata management via tools like Microsoft Purview.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 57 years in data engineering with strong experience in Snowflake, dbt (Cloud preferred), Azure Data Factory.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing best practices and modular SQL development.
• Strong command over data quality frameworks, schema drift handling, and transformation governance.
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with metadata tools and cataloging (Microsoft Purview).
• Strong documentation and testing discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
