Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analysis (Aviation)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience of 11+ years.
• Strong working experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience working with aviation products like Amadeus.
• Strong experience in the aviation domain with exposure to: GDS, PSS, shopping, booking, revenue management, revenue accounting, fares, and DCS.
• Solid experience in Agile methodology and business analysis functions.
• Strong understanding of Web Applications and ability to create flow diagrams.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FSDs, and coordinating for functional/non-functional requirements and testing.
• Ability to prepare use cases, process flow diagrams, relationship diagrams, and flow charts.
• Experience in requirements gathering using various tools and methodologies.
• Strong skills in business problem analysis, consulting, and requirement development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform in-depth analyses of market trends, business needs, benchmarking, and deficiencies to provide actionable recommendations, strategies, and plans.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to RFP responses and business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry forums and events.
• Write white papers, blogs, and support thought leadership initiatives.
• Conduct requirement analysis, management, and development activities.
• Work on functional specifications, use cases, story preparation, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
