As a member of the Finance team at Electronic Arts in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business teams to deliver strategies and provide players with amazing experiences. Here, at EA, everyone contributes to making play happen. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a visa audit to ensure data integrity between UKG Pro and the Workday (HRIS) system. - Conduct wage garnishments reconciliations. - Generate Ad Hoc reports for external reporting to Business Partners. - Assist with special projects as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong oral and written communication skills, collaborating effectively with peers, business partners, and employees at all levels. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant processing deadlines. - Uphold data integrity and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Enhance department efficiencies by delivering quality work and addressing concerns promptly. - Demonstrate both independent work capabilities and effective teamwork. - Prioritize customer service to ensure a superior employee experience. - Quickly adapt and perform effectively in new situations.
