Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Partner located in Noida. The Associate Partner will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their health insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include conducting meetings with clients, providing expert advice, handling inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Associate Partner will also work closely with different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in sales, especially in the health insurance sector
• Ability to understand and address client needs effectively
• Knowledge of health insurance products and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
