Job Description

As an Associate, your responsibilities would include: - Execute transactions as per defined procedures and timelines to meet SLA targets. - Ensure adherence to company policies, norms, and performance parameters. - Resolve individual cases requiring rework to maintain high customer satisfaction (C-Sat). - Generate ideas for improving processes within own work area. - Set and pursue challenging personal goals with urgency and efficiency. - Deliver accurate outputs with attention to detail and timeliness. - Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are appropriately skilled. - Support Assistant Manager by training team members as part of growth and development plans. - Handle and help resolve process-level escalations to maintain customer satisfaction. - Participate in ideation and process reengineering, document and train team on new processes. You will need the following skills & competencies: - Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities. - Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments. - Quick learner with a proactive approach to personal development. - Effective communication skills, especially in written and listening comprehension. - Ability to train and mentor team members. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree (non-technical). - 3-5 years of experience in US Insurance Operations. - Extensive experience with US Insurance platforms. - Hands-on expertise in the US Insurance domain, preferably in Life Insurance, Annuities, and Retirement products. - Open to work night shifts (US Time Zone). - Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy of 95%.
