Associate Manager or Manager - Quality Control with good experience in Special Purpose Machine Assembly or CNC Machine Assembly, Building and Quality Control. This Opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Hosur Location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

incoming, in process inspection and final inspection of the special purpose machine we build

• Incoming inspection of all manufactured and fabricated items  
  
• In-process inspection of  assembly, pallet , fixtures, at various stages of execution. 
  
• Validation of machines for its qualification deliverables (performance, safety, ergonomics and aesthetics)  
  

customer specific quality policies/ requirements

Drive meeting the quality standards as applicable to the industry 

Process compliance to applicable QMS (ISO, EMS, OSHAS etc)  

Leading the supplier assessments and competency enhancement  

Responsible for quality compliance for SPM and Manufactured items.

• Basic knowledge Machining, Surface Treatment and Heat Treatment processes

• Basic knowledge in electrical and electronics , Machine programming

• Problem solving tools (7QC, 8D concepts)

• Working Knowledge on RCA, CAPA and Risk management

• Exposure to Global Packing Procedures and Compliance

• Process knowledge complying to QMS  
  
• Knowledge in Six Sigma, lean Manufacturing Concepts, Statistical an analysis, SPCs, FMEA
