What You’ll Own

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
• Educate and guide merchants on best practices for product usage, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded merchants, product demonstrations, addressing queries, concerns, and challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with sales, product, partners and technical teams to resolve onboarding issues and improve merchant experience.
• Develop and refine onboarding materials, training resources, and product documentation to enhance the onboarding journey.
• Continuously analyze merchant onboarding trends and suggest process improvements to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong feedback loop between merchants and internal teams to enhance product usability and merchant experience.

Who you are

• 2-4 years of experience in a merchant-facing role within a SaaS company, preferably in handling brands in D2C e-commerce or similar.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product onboarding processes and merchant journey optimization.
• Proven ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a merchant-first mindset.
• Experience working with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
