Associate Mechanical Engineer - Thermal Performance

You will be working as an Associate Mechanical Engineer - Thermal Performance under general supervision, applying your knowledge gained through experience to function as a technical specialist. Your role involves learning and staying up-to-date on departmental design guides, standards, systems, engineering codes, and company policies. You will be responsible for preparing various engineering deliverables, conducting research, making equipment/material selection recommendations, and managing engineering data. Additionally, you will be involved in problem-solving, coordinating with project teams, and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders. As your skills develop, you may also assist in performance management and mentor entry-level professionals and interns.
