Associate Marketing Manager

Experience: 8+ years (Minimum 6 years experience in Life sciences domain is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals for life sciences products/services.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Identify new opportunities in niche life sciences segments and support business development teams.
• Drive brand visibility and positioning in the scientific and healthcare communities.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
• Manage product lifecycle communications in collaboration with product management teams.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, conferences, webinars).
• Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing collateral (brochures, product videos, case studies, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and KPIs.
• Organize and represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, scientific symposiums, and client events.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for pre- and post-event strategies and lead follow-ups.
• Collaborate on SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media initiatives targeting the scientific audience.
• Maintain and update website content related to life sciences offerings.
• Provide marketing support to the sales team with tools, presentations, and targeted campaigns.
• Analyze lead generation data and collaborate with sales to improve conversion.
• Liaise with product, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely marketing input and alignment.
