Experience: 8+ years (Minimum 6 years experience in Life sciences domain is mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals for life sciences products/services. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. Identify new opportunities in niche life sciences segments and support business development teams. Drive brand visibility and positioning in the scientific and healthcare communities. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across digital, print, and on-ground channels. Manage product lifecycle communications in collaboration with product management teams. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, conferences, webinars). Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing collateral (brochures, product videos, case studies, etc.). Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and KPIs. Organize and represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, scientific symposiums, and client events. Coordinate with sales and technical teams for pre- and post-event strategies and lead follow-ups. Collaborate on SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media initiatives targeting the scientific audience. Maintain and update website content related to life sciences offerings. Provide marketing support to the sales team with tools, presentations, and targeted campaigns. Analyze lead generation data and collaborate with sales to improve conversion. Liaise with product, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely marketing input and alignment. Coordinate with external agencies for creative design, PR, and digital campaigns
