Job Description

As an Associate Managing Consultant - Performance Analytics, your primary role will involve working with technology and large, complex data to develop strategies and programs for our client, Standard Chartered Bank. You will need strong experience and functional knowledge of Banking & Credit cards, along with other banking products. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with the SCB client team and data to support analytics related to New Customer Acquisition, Existing Customer Management, and PnL Strategy. Additionally, you will work on Customer Segmentation, Portfolio Management and Optimization, Product PnL Analysis, Modelling & Forecasting, and conduct portfolio analytics as required by the retail credit team. It will be essential to embed the bank's Risk Management and decisioning framework in your day-to-day work. Proficiency in analytics tools such as SAS, SQL is a must, and familiarity with Python is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel is desired, along with general familiarity with all MS applications. In your secondary role, you will be expected to demonstrate analytic excellence through structured problem-solving and quantitative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential to articulate narratives, insights, and action items. You should have a willingness to work within small teams, possess a "will to win" attitude, actively seek responsibility, and take pride in delivering high-quality results to clients. Upholding integrity and a commitment to honesty and learning from mistakes will be crucial. Qualifications required for this position include a Post Masters or MBA with 3-4 years of full-time experience or 6 to 8 years of overall career experience in Performance Analytics & Banking if no Masters or MBA. A Masters or Equivalent degree in relevant fields like MBA, MBE, MA Economics, M.tech, or M stats is preferred. You should have an expert level understanding of Credit Cards, Banking, and knowledge of PnL Items. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are essential for managing project risks and building relationships with stakeholders.,
