Job Description

As an Associate Managing Consultant in Performance Analytics at Mastercard, your role will involve working within the Advisors & Consulting Services group, specializing in translating data into insights using Mastercard and customer data. You will design, implement, and scale analytical solutions for clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing deliverable development and workstreams on projects, contributing to analytics strategies for clients, and creating predictive models to drive profits - Reviewing analytics end-products for accuracy and quality, proactively seeking new knowledge, and structuring project work effectively - Developing sound business recommendations, delivering client presentations, and leading team and external meetings - Contributing to the firm's intellectual capital, mentoring junior consultants, and building effective relationships with local and global teams To qualify for this role, you should have: Basic qualifications: - An undergraduate degree with experience in business intelligence and analytics - Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, analyzing large datasets, and synthesizing key findings - Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking, as well as proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and MS Office - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in English and local office language - Eligibility to work in the country of application and travel as needed Preferred qualifications: - Additional experience with Hadoop framework, data visualization tools, or coaching in a team environment - Relevant industry expertise or advanced degree (MBA or masters) It is essential that you abide by Mastercard's security policies, ensure information confidentiality and integrity, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.,
