Associate Manager Techno Commercial

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Reviewing PRs, identifying requirements, and taking necessary actions. - Coordinating with the technical team to understand and collect details related to requirements. - Consolidating common requirements after PR review. - Preparing inquiry/tender documents based on inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and sending them to prequalified bidders. - Coordinating with end users for vendor query resolution and responding to vendors. - Preparing comparisons of rates, terms, and conditions. - Conducting techno-commercial negotiations. - Drafting NFA and preparing LOA/PO after NFA approval. - Coordinating with the respective airport Techno Commercial Team. - Interacting with various departments such as Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation, and Legal for Package Specific requirements. - Handling MIS tasks. Qualifications required for this role: - B.E./B. Tech. degree. - 8-10 years of experience in a functional role, specifically in Civil-related estimation, procurement, and contract management. - Basic understanding of contracting, taxation, etc. - Proficiency in MIS preparation.
