Associate Manager - Supply Chain Management

You are a skilled and motivated Associate Manager responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions that support Supply Chain Management. Your focus will be on ensuring data integrity, developing robust ETL pipelines, and delivering actionable insights through advanced multidimensional analysis and reporting. Success in this position hinges on your ability to collaborate effectively across departments to grasp business needs and address data-related challenges. On a typical day, you will design, develop, and implement technical BI solutions to bolster supply chain decision-making. This involves writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for ad-hoc data extraction and reporting. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS to extract data from various sources (Files, Redshift) into the data warehouse. Building and managing SSAS Multidimensional Cubes and SSRS reports will also fall under your purview. In the event of data discrepancies, you will be expected to analyze them, debug intricate SQL logic, and offer production support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery is a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, along with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong analytical and debugging skills are essential, as is the ability to decipher complex data flows and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized analytical solutions, proactively identify and resolve data issues, build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, showcase robust problem-solving capabilities, and execute projects effectively.
