Associate Manager

Accountable for the smooth functioning of entire recording, accounting, classification,

presentation and analysis of Record to Report activities

• Preparation and presentation of annual forecasted financials while collaborating across

functions and periodically monitoring the adherence to the business plans

• Coordinating with various functions across locations to consolidate, evaluate and analyse the

annual business plan in line with zero based budgeting

• Analysing and evaluating the strategic investment decisions along with Project Engineering,

conducting sensitivity analysis around various proposals & optimizing the best case scenario

• Preparation of MIS on manpower nos., productivity analysis, production – dispatch volumes

for effective decision making

• Evaluating reasons & justification for the variances observed in budgeted and actual financial

performance of the company for management reporting

• Adherence to deadlines w.r.t monthly management reporting with comprehensive analytics on

the overall organizational performance during the period

• Coordinating with internal & external auditors & ensuring closure of report within agreed time

frame and curating dynamic controls around the highlighted observations
