You will be responsible for driving GHX's marketing and communication initiatives across digital, PR, events, and community engagement. Your role will involve working with internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and startups to craft compelling narratives, manage campaigns, and amplify GHX's voice within the innovation ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands, excels in fast-paced environments, and can seamlessly switch between strategy and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive GHX's marketing and communication initiatives across digital, content, PR, events, and community. - Manage execution through freelancers, internal teams, and agencies to ensure quality, timelines, and brand alignment. - Oversee social media, website, newsletters, blogs, SEO, advertising, and media relations. - Draft and review copy across various platforms, including posts, campaigns, press releases, and emailers. - Track and report key performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, CTR, CPL, and ROAS to optimize outcomes. - Introduce AI-driven marketing tools and innovative healthcare storytelling formats to enhance campaign impact. - Collaborate with startups in GHX's programs to design and execute marketing strategies. - Manage external consultants, agencies, and freelancers supporting startup marketing projects. - Provide guidance on digital campaigns, brand positioning, and content creation to drive measurable growth and brand consistency. - Support startups in tracking and improving performance metrics including MQL/SAL conversions. - Build and engage GHX's startup, mentor, investor, and partner community. - Support event planning and execution for demo days, webinars, ecosystem meetups, and launches. - Coordinate media and PR activities around partnerships, investments, and events. - Identify and leverage opportunities for visibility and storytelling across owned and earned media. - Track performance across campaigns (organic + paid) and report insights for optimization. - Analyze campaign budgets and ROI, identifying actionable insights for growth. - Ensure consistency across GHX's global positioning and messaging. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Venture Studio, Programs, and Partnerships teams to align communication and marketing goals. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in startups, innovation, or healthcare sectors. - Strong understanding of digital channels such as social media, SEO, email, paid ads, websites, and content marketing. - Excellent copywriting and communication skills to craft concise, engaging, and impactful narratives. - Experience in managing freelancers, vendors, and agencies. - Hands-on familiarity with analytics and automation tools like GA4, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain brand tone and quality. - A creative, proactive, and organized mindset, capable of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. **Why Join GHX:** - Work at the forefront of healthcare innovation and impact. - Collaborate with global startups, innovators, and partners. - Contribute to building a brand that is making a real difference in the healthcare industry.
