Associate Manager Investment Research – Financial Modelling – 4 Years – Noida

We are hiring an experienced professional with 5+ years of exposure in equity research, investment research, and financial modelling. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex financial projects, valuations, due diligence, and interact with global banking and investment clients. Candidates must have strong modelling capabilities—especially building from scratch, with bottom-up financial modelling and debt waterfall modelling being essential.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead and execute end-to-end financial modelling, valuations, and scenario analysis.
2. Build models from scratch based on client requirements.
3. Perform bottom-up financial modelling for forecasting and valuations.
4. Develop and maintain debt waterfall models to assess complex credit structures.
5. Conduct due diligence for M&A targets, strategic alliances, and ventures.
6. Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
7. Guide and review outputs from junior team members for quality and accuracy.
8. Engage in client interactions, present findings, and address queries.
9. Contribute to team development, training, and internal process improvements.

Requirements -

1. CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from reputed institutions.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in equity or investment research.
3. Proven experience in

   building financial models from scratch

   .
4. Strong expertise in

   bottom-up financial modelling

   .
5. Hands-on experience in

   debt waterfall modelling

   .
6. Excellent command over three-statement financial analysis and valuation methods (DCF, LBO, etc.).
7. Strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Eikon, Factiva, etc.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output under tight timelines.
