Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in aligning people practices with business priorities. You will collaborate with business leaders to understand org priorities and translate them into effective people strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters including org design, workforce planning, and team development will be a key responsibility. You will drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead goal-setting, OKR alignment, and performance review processes across functions, identify high-potential talent, and support career development roadmaps. Enabling learning interventions to build future-ready capabilities will also be part of your role. Working with teams to design and execute engagement initiatives that resonate in a high-pressure collections environment will be essential. Regular pulse checks, data analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to leaders will help champion wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition programs that boost retention. Serving as a neutral and trusted point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and escalations, resolving conflicts fairly and empathetically while protecting both employee experience and business priorities will be crucial. Leveraging HR analytics to identify trends, propose business-aligned interventions, and present insights to leadership for informed decision-making will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting leadership through org transitions, communicating changes effectively, and helping teams adapt with minimal disruption will be key. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to business partnering roles. - Proven ability to work directly with leadership teams and influence decisions. - Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. - Strong data orientation with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present people insights. - High emotional intelligence, conflict management skills, and a solutions-first mindset. - Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred.,
