Job Summary

The Associate Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and income tax filings.
Support audits (internal and external) and ensure adherence to audit recommendations.
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements to maintain financial stability.
