Associate Manager - DCS Application Support

As an Associate Manager in DCS Application Support, you will be responsible for leading and managing Departure Control System (DCS) projects and integrations from end to end. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth upgrades, system integrations, and operational reliability that align with business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include assisting, troubleshooting, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders during version upgrades. You will also manage the induction of new functionalities and support change management certification processes. It will be essential for you to define, analyze, and document DCS requirements while ensuring their execution meets stakeholder expectations. Additionally, you will independently manage DCS application integration projects and coordinate with airport stakeholders, network providers, and internal airport services teams for project implementation and issue resolution. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in PSS (Navitaire) and DCS applications, along with knowledge of APIS, APP, PNRGOV, and airline messaging systems such as SITA/ARINC. Familiarity with concepts like Interline, Code Share, NDC, IATCI, and IATA will be beneficial, and experience with Amadeus DCS is preferred. A strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork skills, will be essential for success in this position. If you have a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications/Engineering, MCA, B.Tech, BE (Computer Science), or an MBA, it will be considered a preferred qualification for this role.,
