Associate Manager Data Science

As an Associate Manager Data Science, your primary responsibility will be to support product design and ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on product goals and roadmap planning, gather user feedback to refine product features, and evaluate the technical feasibility of new product features. Additionally, you will be identifying cutting-edge trends in the market to enhance product positioning. You will also work on benchmark techniques deployment, create comprehensive playbooks, and support in standardizing SOPs with product development and analytics teams. - Support product design and ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes - Define and monitor Product Success metrics at incremental product development phases - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on product goals and roadmap planning - Communicate progress, challenges, and learnings to key stakeholders - Gather user feedback to refine product features and evaluate technical feasibility of new features - Design and develop benchmark techniques for multiple product development strategies - Create and present comprehensive playbooks and training material for SOP standardization - Identify cutting-edge trends and best practices in the market to enhance product positioning Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, etc.) with at least 3+ years of relevant experience - Masters degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research) with 2+ years of work experience - 1+ years of Product Management or Software Development experience Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
