Job Description

Role Overview:

The Associate Manager CSR will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, focusing on Education & Skill Training, Women Empowerment, Livelihood Development, and Rural Development projects. The role involves coordination with NGO partners, budget management, and representing the company's CSR efforts in various forums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor CSR projects in partnership with NGOs.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Prepare documentation, including project reports and impact assessments.
  • Present CSR initiatives at internal and external forums.
  • Ensure timely reporting and alignment with CSR policy and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CSR management or related areas.
  • Proficient in budgeting, project documentation, and data analysis.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in working with NGO partners is preferred.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of CSR projects in designated thematic areas (education, skill training, women empowerment, livelihood, and rural development).
  • Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on progress of projects implemented by partnering NGOs.
  • Prepare annual and periodic budgets, maintain accurate records of expenses, and ensure proper utilization of funds.
  • Draft comprehensive documentation including project concept notes, interim and final reports, and impact case studies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to facilitate project operations and resolve challenges promptly.
  • Represent Jindal Stainless CSR programs at local, regional, and national forums, sharing learnings and best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all reporting is clear, timely, and accurate.
