Associate Manager, Compliance Analytics & Reporting

As the Associate Manager, Compliance & Analytics Reporting at Novartis, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for specific MAP-associated systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting in implementing enhancements, resolving technical issues, and fulfilling ad hoc requests to support the US Business. - Assist in implementing enhancements, resolving technical issues, and fulfilling ad hoc requests for MAP-associated systems - Manage technical enhancements and support for internally-owned Microsoft Products such as Expedited Review Approval (MS Forms & Power Automate), Brand Calendar (PowerBI), and MAP Demand Model (Power Bi, Python, Skylearn) - Implement new systems or platforms utilizing Microsoft Products approved by the US Business - Define processes for system management and user support - Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, cleanliness, and democratization across owned and related platforms - Compile and present metrics and trends for owned systems to Leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Compile and distribute requested reports or data to select stakeholders on an ad hoc basis - Serve as the second escalation point for any issues related to supported systems - Provide tactical support, define next steps, and ensure the quality of deliverables - Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders - Support the development of training materials for owned systems and participate in trainings as a Subject Matter Expert when necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University - At least 4 years of experience in an analytics or data-driven organization focusing on data-driven decision-making - Strong understanding of US Compliance & Regulatory laws, processes, and the US Materials Approval Process - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Proactive in handling complex situations and problems - Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms - Familiarity with new-generation technologies and trends like Gen AI and Agentic AI (an added advantage) Novartis is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, creating an exceptional work environment, and building diverse teams that reflect the patients and communities served.
