Associate Logistics Analyst

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the monthly reconciliation of the Statement of Account and communication for each carrier. Your role will involve identifying systemic issues and recommending process improvements to drive enhancements in our rating & paid on-time metrics. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the establishment of the framework and enhancing audit methodologies while creating and maintaining training documentation as required. Your ability to drive team consensus on challenging issues will be crucial for the success of the team. To qualify for this role, you should have at least an Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or transportation, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong Excel skills and experience with building Power BI reports are highly desirable, as well as proficiency with SAP and TMS systems. Your strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience in an international logistics environment will be valuable assets in this role. A knack for curiosity and challenging the status quo will also be beneficial.
