As the individual responsible for this position, you will be driving the overall business development and operational efficiency of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring 100% stock accuracy across all depots under the branch's purview, overseeing compliance with statutory requirements and company guidelines at all locations, and reviewing operational dashboards and MIS reports to formulate and implement corrective action plans as needed. You will also be conducting training programs as per the training calendar, carrying out evaluations in line with SOPs, and liaising with principal companies, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. It will be your duty to implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) processes, ensuring audit readiness and compliance. Supervising the execution and monitoring of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS), ensuring monthly approvals are completed within timelines, and overseeing end-to-end branch operations to ensure adherence to SOPs across all locations will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% Proof of Delivery (POD) acknowledgements are received and verified within defined TAT, and monitoring the accurate completion of all inward and outward processes at depots. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with an MBA in Operations preferred, and a minimum of 6-15 years of experience in warehouse operations in logistics. Strong leadership and team management abilities, in-depth knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and transportation processes, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and MS Office tools, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential skills and competencies required for this position. Job Summary: The Warehouse IT & Incharge will oversee the smooth operation of the warehouse while ensuring all IT systems and logistics software are functioning efficiently. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventories, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining dispatch timelines. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily operations including receiving, scanning, storage, and dispatch of shipments. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all inward and outward consignments. Oversee sorting, labeling, loading, and unloading operations. Handle return shipments (RTO), damage claims, and reconciliation tasks. Ensure operational compliance with GMS logistics SOPs. IT Systems & Support: Provide first-level support for IT hardware such as barcode scanners, printers, desktops, and networking equipment. Troubleshoot issues related to logistics ERP/TMS systems. Coordinate with central IT team for system updates, escalations, and new installations. Ensure continuous functioning of communication systems and internet/network infrastructure. Monitoring & Reporting: Generate daily MIS reports on shipment movement, inventory, and exceptions. Maintain updated stock reports, POD (Proof of Delivery) tracking, and delivery performance metrics. Ensure adherence to operational KPIs and TAT (Turnaround Time) standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for IT, Computer Science, or Logistics background. Experience: 2-4 years in warehouse/logistics operations with IT/system handling experience. Strong knowledge of scanning equipment, warehouse software, and basic networking. Good command of Excel and basic reporting tools. Ability to manage manpower, vendors, and internal teams.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the monthly reconciliation of the Statement of Account and communication for each carrier. Your role will involve identifying systemic issues and recommending process improvements to drive enhancements in our rating & paid on-time metrics. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the establishment of the framework and enhancing audit methodologies while creating and maintaining training documentation as required. Your ability to drive team consensus on challenging issues will be crucial for the success of the team. To qualify for this role, you should have at least an Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or transportation, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong Excel skills and experience with building Power BI reports are highly desirable, as well as proficiency with SAP and TMS systems.
