Key Responsibilities: Consumer-Related Matters: Handle consumer-related notices and cases, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate supply/project-related agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts. Employment Law & HR Compliance: Address employee-related notices and cases, providing legal support on employment policies and labor laws. Policy Drafting & Compliance: Develop and implement corporate policies, including governance frameworks, zero-tolerance policies, and other internal guidelines. Risk Management & Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on company operations, identify potential risks, and recommend preventive measures. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, working closely with internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution; LL.M. is a plus. Experience: [Specify required experience, e.g., 3-5 years in corporate legal roles or law firms]. Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, consumer protection laws, and corporate governance.
