Role Overview:

Associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  drafting and reviewing legal documents

  such as resolution plans, agreements, and compliance filings.
• Support the team in

  IBC matters

  , including preparation for CoC meetings, NCLT filings, and case research.
• Handle

  ROC and IBBI filings

  and maintain statutory compliance records.
• Conduct

  legal and regulatory research

  on company law, insolvency, and startup-related matters.
• Assist in

  drafting agreements, compliance, documentation, and advisory notes

  for startups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Law Graduate (01 year of experience)

  or

  Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

  .
• Basic understanding of

  Corporate Law

  ,

  IBC

  , and

  Startup Legal Framework will be preferred.

• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
