Role Overview: We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Associates . This role offers exposure across diverse practice areas, including Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) , Corporate & Business Laws , and Startup Advisory . Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as resolution plans, agreements, and compliance filings. Support the team in IBC matters , including preparation for CoC meetings, NCLT filings, and case research. Handle ROC and IBBI filings and maintain statutory compliance records. Conduct legal and regulatory research on company law, insolvency, and startup-related matters. Assist in drafting agreements, compliance, documentation, and advisory notes for startups. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and client communications. Qualifications: Law Graduate (01 year of experience) or Qualified Company Secretary (CS) . Basic understanding of Corporate Law , IBC , and Startup Legal Framework will be preferred. Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
