Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jammu for an Associate specializing in NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) Proceedings at EMERALD LEGAL, INDIA. The Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and effectively communicating with clients and legal teams. The role will involve substantial legal research, drafting, filing, and representing clients before the NCLT.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Law and NCLT Proceedings
• Proficient in Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in handling complex legal issues
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or higher qualification (LL.M, etc.) Specialising in Corporate Law
• Relevant work experience in Corporate Law. Preference to CA/CS background candidates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• AIBE Qualification is mandatory
