The role will involve substantial legal research, drafting, filing, and representing clients before the NCLT. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of Law and NCLT Proceedings Proficient in Legal Document Preparation Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication abilities Experience in handling complex legal issues Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or higher qualification (LL.M, etc.) Specialising in Corporate Law Relevant work experience in Corporate Law.
