Associate Lead (User Experience Designer / UX)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in defining user needs through personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research and the end-to-end implementation of research insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex UX concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in designing and visualizing digital products, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
• Experience in building prototypes for validation and communication.
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting user interface experiments and user testing.
• Ability to analyze experimentation data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Experience collaborating effectively in a squad-based environment with designers, Product Owners, and engineers.
• A strategic mindset with experience contributing to product vision and roadmap planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand, define, and evolve user personas, user journeys, and service blueprints.
• Conduct user research and effectively implement findings into the product design and strategy.
• Design and deliver product visualizations and high-definition designs, incorporating input from squad designers, Product Owners, and engineers.
• Explore the solution space by refining concepts from early wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Identify, plan, and conduct user interface experiments (e.g., A/B tests) in collaboration with squad members and the Product Owner.
• Analyze data from real-life experimentation and user testing to make data-driven design decisions.
• Help Product Leads and Product Owners define both the long-term vision and short-term roadmap for digital products.
• Clearly articulate and explain UX user stories and design rationale to stakeholders and team members.
