To lead and support the civil quality assurance and control activities in a hyperscale or mission-critical data center project, ensuring that construction works comply with project specifications, industry codes, and client expectations. The Civil Associate Quality Lead will play a key role in upholding the company's commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement during the execution phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Lead the civil QA/QC functions for the data center project in coordination with the project QA/QC Manager.
• Ensure implementation of project-specific quality plans, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and method statements to upkeep First Time Right Index.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for quality-related inspections and approvals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Maintain documentation for civil quality records such as NCRs, IMIRs, RFWI logs, cube test results, etc.
• Raise and close observations and non-conformities in a time-bound manner.
• Participate in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide QA/QC engineers and inspectors assigned under the role.
• Ensure quality deliverables are submitted as per project handover timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil

  Engineering with minimum

  8 -

  12 years

  of relevant experience,

  OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum

  15 years

  of relevant experience.

• Experience:

• Strong experience in

  data center projects

  or similar mission-critical environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharma, hospitals, etc.).
• Proficient in international quality standards, construction practices, and project documentation.
• Experience in working with Tier-1 contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Knowledge of concrete works, industrial flooring, waterproofing, and finishes is essential.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001), HSE protocols, and digital QA/QC tools is an added advantage.
