Associate Lead - Operations Analytics

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, using/deploying big data frameworks, and implementing predictive analytics. Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge in computational statistics and deep learning to contribute to various data analytics activities related to artificial intelligence and machine learning. Key Responsibilities: - Help define the enterprise-level technical and application architecture aligned with the objective of transforming Microland into a digital enterprise. - Provide architectural guidance for digital initiatives within Microland. - Lead technology renewal, modernization, and integration programs. - Mentor a team of senior application designers and developers. - Collaborate effectively with in-house teams and external vendor teams. - Demonstrate proficiency in integration technologies, new generation UI technologies, analytics platforms, ERP/CRM applications, mobile-first/cloud-first principles, and artificial intelligence/machine learning/deep learning robotics process automation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA. - Strong technical skills in integration technologies such as API, Pub-Sub, and Web Services, as well as UI technologies and frameworks. - Experience in creating analytics platforms using relational/NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with ERP and CRM applications. - Knowledge of architecting applications with mobile-first and cloud-first principles, and expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and robotics process automation.
