We are seeking an Associate- IT Support to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong technical background in IT support. As an Associate- IT Support, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and ensure their IT systems are functioning smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to our clients
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Ensure that all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates
• Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Strong technical background in IT support
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
