Associate inventory

Role Overview: As an Associate- Inventory at Rahi Care in Chandigarh, your main responsibility will be to manage inventory, interact with suppliers, review orders, and maintain reports to ensure efficient procurement activities. You will also be responsible for book-keeping, tracking orders, and dealing with any discrepancies in supplies. Key Responsibilities: - Collate purchase orders and requisitions, and send them to suppliers. - Review inventories and order necessary materials. - Interact with suppliers daily and review deliveries. - Track the status of orders and manage procurement activities. - Prepare and maintain reports, vouchers, cheques, and receipts. - Manage inventory and ensure proper inventory control. - Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role in healthcare. - Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics. - Proven track record in managing procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
