Role Overview:

Associate Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and drive retention & engagement.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate business opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and drive

    upselling & cross-selling

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and customer information through CRM.
  • Achieve defined sales, revenue, retention, and engagement targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–5 years of experience in

    Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with sales calls.
