Associate, India Tier-1 Data Management

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at Bengaluru Luxor North Tower. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine Workday/Local transactional processing/approval. This includes handling the Hire Process, Confirmation process, Leavers process, FnF Approvals/Recovery, Personal Information/Legal Name Change, HR bulk Upload, and clearing WD inbox actions. You will also be accountable for ensuring Workday Data Accuracy & quality and driving Line Manager Comms and Capability building to guarantee correct Workday transactions and Data Validation. In addition, you will need to manage complex reporting requests from Stakeholders, identify Continuous Improvement opportunities, and work on process improvements. You will serve as a subject matter expert on HR transactions, processes, and other services to deliver excellent customer service at all times. Ensuring compliance imperatives, supporting local and global Data Audits, and protecting Data Privacy are also crucial aspects of this role.
