Associate III - Product Engineering

As a Software Developer at UST, your role involves developing applications, contributing to maintenance, and optimizing performance using design patterns and proven solutions. You will also provide guidance to junior team members under the direction of Product Engineer I. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding product requirements and user stories through customer discovery - Ensuring coverage of complex features with unit test cases - Troubleshooting development and production issues across various environments and operating platforms, offering technical guidance to resolve programming and design challenges - Creating effort estimations and ETA for assigned deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines/SLAs - Actively participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and coverage - Adhering to best practices and standards, while providing regular status updates - Executing test cases and preparing release documents in alignment with requirements - Influencing and enhancing customer satisfaction The qualifications required for this role are: - Ability to independently understand and capture business requirements using Domain/Industry Knowledge, and collaborate with subject matter experts - Proficiency in implementing business and non-functional requirements through Product Design - Knowledge of analyzing product dependencies, applying best practices, and providing training on functional modules related to Product Features/Functionality - Experience in designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines - Strong skills in Software Design & Development to code per requirement specifications, follow engineering practices, and take technical responsibility throughout the software development process - Understanding of UX Knowledge to improve product/system usability and offer insights to design teams for enhanced user experience About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with a workforce of over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
