Job Description

**Job Description:** As a Pre-Sales Consultant at UST, you will play a crucial role in the business development cycle by collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand client needs, assess solution requirements, and design customized ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for creating proposals, delivering demonstrations, and ensuring technical feasibility while aligning with client business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements, and map these to ServiceNow capabilities. - Support the preparation of RFP/RFI responses by providing technical inputs, solution design, and proposal documentation. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate ServiceNow's value proposition to prospective clients. - Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and development, to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. - Assist in developing solution prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the client's requirements. - Provide technical guidance and consulting throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between the client's needs and ServiceNow offerings. - Engage in continuous learning of ServiceNow's evolving platform and industry trends to provide relevant solutions. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), with certifications in ITSM or other modules being a plus. - 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally in ServiceNow or related ITSM platforms. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. **Company Details:** UST is a leading global provider of digital technology solutions with a focus on innovation and delivering value to clients.
