Job Description

As a Supplier Oversight Senior Analyst, your role will involve providing administrative and analytical support for third-party risk management, reporting, and governance activities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and supplier oversight obligations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Administrative Support** - Prepare, produce, and maintain accurate reports for supplier oversight and risk management. - Provide administrative and documentation support for meetings, audits, and regulatory reviews. - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of internal policies, compliance procedures, and third-party risk frameworks. - Support wealth management operations by entering and maintaining data in T24 (wealth management platform). - Assist in process improvements, project coordination, and adoption of new tools and technologies. - **Risk Management** - Support the maintenance of Risk Assessments and Due Diligence Questionnaires for regulatory compliance. - Prepare detailed risk checklists, reports, and dashboards for management and audit review. - Maintain and enhance structured third-party risk registers. - Identify potential operational and supplier risks, escalating to management as needed. - **Stakeholder Communication** - Manage shared mailboxes to handle stakeholder queries professionally and in a timely manner. - Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external teams. - Track mailbox turnaround times and ensure adherence to service level expectations. - **Management Information & Reporting** - Track the status of risk assessments and due diligence items, providing proactive updates. - Prepare risk metrics, analytical reports, and management information packs. - Log all inbound communications for comprehensive statistics. - Support offshore task transitions and process efficiency initiatives. You should possess strong skills and competencies in Administrative Support, Risk Management, Management Information (MIS) reporting, and have experience in supplier oversight, third-party risk, or operational governance roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, as well as hands-on experience with T24 or similar platforms is required. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines will be crucial. Additionally, a proactive, self-motivated, and dependable approach along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of experience in Supplier Oversight, Risk Management, or Operational Governance within financial services. Experience working with UK-based stakeholders or in regulated environments would be an advantage.,
