Job Description

Role Overview: As an L1 Production Support, you will provide helpdesk support for all customer rollouts under the supervision of Leads and Managers. Your role will involve configuring and testing products with guidance from Leads for product development implementation and release. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery and support to meet client requirements according to product and project specifications. Additionally, you will respond to user inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat, answering questions related to product usage and tool features to assist users in accomplishing their tasks effectively. Your contributions will enhance the overall product and service experience for users. Furthermore, you will be required to analyze business and technical requirements to understand the impact on the product application or system. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with product teams to ensure ticket closure and impressing customers through every interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Respond swiftly to production incidents, diagnose and troubleshoot system and application issues, and collaborate with developers or infrastructure teams for root cause resolution - Liaise with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to understand feature impacts and resolve escalations - Participate in on-call rotation or night shifts to ensure 18*5 operational coverage, as necessary - Monitor application health, identify performance bottlenecks, and coordinate remediation efforts - Assist with production deployments, patches, and updates while adhering to change-control processes and ensuring operational stability - Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, and incident logs to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of production support experience in IT environments - Foundational knowledge of Java, including debugging or integration tasks - Basic proficiency in Java, databases, and SQL, sufficient for troubleshooting and support tasks Additional Company Details: You will be part of a team that supports multi-state production environments, ensuring smoother operations and timely incident response across the TechOps infrastructure.,
