Associate II - Product Design

As a Product Design Support, you will work under the guidance of Senior Product Designers to provide assistance throughout the product development lifecycle. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the product aligns with business objectives and deadlines while prioritizing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with business, technology, and product teams to comprehend the product vision and translate it into tangible design proposals. Your main tasks will include supporting the creation of conceptual solutions with user-friendly interaction, navigation, and organization design. You will be involved in designing user-centered navigation, interaction sketches, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups, as well as interactive prototypes for various platforms such as web applications, mobile apps, kiosks, games, and wearable interfaces. It is essential to adhere to brand guidelines to develop user interfaces that reflect a brand's style and voice effectively. Measuring the success of your work will involve tracking customer accolades, usability issues, adherence to project schedules, design certifications, and personal achievement of quarterly/yearly objectives. You will be expected to focus on delivering a great customer experience by defining user experience, creating user stories, and conducting market research to ensure product differentiation. To excel in this role, you should possess good creative and problem-solving skills, a keen interest in learning about new business domains and technology innovations, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to convey design proposals to internal stakeholders. Additionally, having knowledge in digital design-related disciplines, user experience methodologies, visual design principles, prototyping tools, web design, and front-end development challenges will be advantageous. A compelling design portfolio showcasing your best work is a mandatory requirement.
