Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst, your main responsibility will be to assist in delivering a robust control environment and support Investment Teams in ensuring effective pre- and post-trade restriction monitoring. You should be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced operations environment while enjoying collaboration within a team to meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Work within a team responsible for Investment Restriction Compliance Management, overseeing violations, onboarding, and resolving queries. - Support daily overnight violation monitoring, handle escalations, and follow up on issues promptly. - Collaborate with Investment Desks, Product, and Client Executives on investment guideline matters, assisting with pre-trade violation overrides. - Maintain broker and ready-to-trade coding in Aladdin, assist Trading Desks with queries and escalations. - Contribute to mandate investment guideline onboarding and change activities, update lists, and review simple coding changes. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks following defined procedures and service levels. - Maintain and update procedure documentation to reflect new functionality and process improvements. - Handle operational queries efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to control standards. - Communicate and document any missed deadlines or issues promptly and effectively. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of operational processes in financial or investment management environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to manage high volumes of varied tasks with accuracy while meeting deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Keen interest in financial instruments and investment processes.
