Associate II - Corporate Services

As a PMO Analyst at CyberProof, a UST Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations by assisting in the preparation and issuance of accurate and timely invoices. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in maintaining organized invoicing records, assisting with data entry and verification, collaborating with internal teams for necessary information, contributing to resolving basic invoicing queries, adhering to established invoicing procedures, and performing other administrative tasks as required by the Invoicing Team. Additionally, you will work on invoicing for various customer accounts, understand SOW and PIP, activate Project IDs in the Orion tool, present account invoices to the cluster head for confirmation, and submit revenue and invoice details in the tool.
